Problem summary
The Curve Editor and Dope Sheet have empty space when being maximized while UI Scaling is less than 2.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, open the Preferences > UI Scaling.
2) Set the monitors to any value less than 2.
3) Press OK to save the settings, then close and re-open Nuke.
4) Select the Curve or Dope sheet panel.
5) Press Spacebar on the keyboard to maximize the panel and view the area.
 


 
Expected behavior
The Curve Editor and Dope Sheet should fill the width/height of the screen.
 
Actual behavior
The width/height has extra padding/space when maximizing the panel of the Curve Editor or Dope Sheet while UI Scaling is less than 2.
 
Workaround
Having the UI Scale set to 2 does not have the issue occur.
