Problem summary
Nuke/Studio crashes when disabling monitor out when using multiple Nuke/Studio sessions

Customer reported version
nuke.13.1v4

Customer reported platform
centos7

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio and import a clip
2) Enable monitor out and playback the clip
3) Stop the playback
4) Open a second Nuke Studio and import a clip (when this happens then monitor output automatically switches to the new session)
5) Playback the clip
6) While the clip is playing back disable monitor out in that second session
7) Switch back to the first Nuke Studio session (normally this should auto switch the image, but in testing the display shows black)
8) Disable monitor out in the first Nuke Studio session, it crashes

Similar steps can be used in Nuke's Node Graph to get the same crash.
