Workaround
To workaround you have to set this environment variable:

OPENSSL_ia32cap=~0x200000200000000

Reproduced by Support in:
Nuke 13.1v4 - Windows 10
Nuke 13.0v9 - Windows 10

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 13.2v2 - Windows 10
