Steps to reproduce
 
1) Load Modo.

2) Create a cube and assign material to it with the 'M' key.

3) Go to the Shader Tree and select Add Layer.
 
4) In the dropdown go to Image > Load Image.
 
5) Select customer provided normal image named Modo.
 
6) Set Effect as Unreal Normal.
 
7) In Properties go to Image Still tab and set Colorspace to either (none) or Linear.
 
8) Right-click on the image in the Shader Tree that was added.
 
9) Select Bake to File.
 
10) Save the image as .tga.
 
11) Launch Nuke or Photoshop and drop the file in.
 
12) Observe that in the flat areas the RGB values show as 128 and 128 for the red and green, but should be 127.
 
13) For comparison use the customers other saved bakes named Substance and xNormal to view the values.
 
14) These show the correct values of 127 and 127.
 
Expected behaviour
When the Unreal Normal is baked it should have the expect value of 127 for red and green in the flat areas.
 
Actual behaviour
The values are being baked as 128.

Unknown.
