Problem summary
Fades are rendered incorrectly when a sequence is reformatted

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio and create a New Project.
2) Click Project > Edit Settings, select the Sequence tab, and change the Output Resolution to 3840x2160 UHD_4K.
3) Import some 4K footage to the bin by clicking File > Import File(s)...
4) Drag the footage from the bin into the new Sequence.
5) Right-click the footage in the Sequence and add a Fade in by clicking Editorial > Add Transition > Fade In or Fade Out.
6) Right-click the footage with the Fade in the Sequence and click Export.
7) Change Export to Process as Sequence, use the Apple ProRes 422 MOV preset.
8) Within the Export window, in the Export Structure area select Content, and in the Content settings then change the Reformat to Custom and the Format to 1920x1080 HD_1080.
Expected behaviour
For the footage to be exported with the correct scaling.
Actual behaviour
The footage is exported with either black bars surrounding the image or zoomed in on the footage.
