Steps to reproduce
 
1) If you only have one user account, create a new one

2) Launch Mari

3) Switch User Accounts
 
4) Switch back to the original User Account where you launched Mari
 
Expected behaviour
Mari's UI should stay the same color
 
Actual behaviour
In 4.8/5.0:
Mari's titlebar turns white:

 
In 4.7 and earlier:
Most of Mari's UI turns white:
