Problem summary
Having an OpenSubdiv on a mesh item causes edge weighting to not be interactive.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo
2) Create a simple Cube primitive.
3) Convert the Cube to Catmull-Clark SubDs with the Shift+Tab keys.
4) Open the Surface tab of the Cube properties.
5) Select 'Add OpenSubdiv'.
6) Select an Edge of the Cube and press the Shift + W keys to activate the Edge Weighting tool properties.
7) Scrub the
Weight channel and notice that this isn't changed interactively inside of the 3D viewport.
Expected behaviourThe weighting should change interactively inside of the 3D viewport.
Actual behaviourThe weighting doesn't change interactively.
WorkaroundYou should be able to refresh the viewport by pressing
Shift + Left Mouse Button anywhere inside of the 3D viewport.
