Problem summary
When the transform position or rotation of an item linked to the Template Surface of AxisDrill is 0, the animation of the mesh is not reflected in the AxisDrill.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Launch Modo.

2) Open customer provided scene.

3) Go to Setup layout.
 
4) Play the saved animation and note the movement of the transform.
 
5) Select Plane(2) in the Schematic viewport and then go to Properties.
 
6) In Properties change position X to 0.
 
7) Note that the mesh transform is no longer animated.
 
Expected behaviour
The animation of the mesh transform should be moved when the position is changed.
 
Actual behaviour
When position X is changed to 0 the animation of the mesh transform is broken.
 
Workaround
Unknown.
