Problem summary
When using dual/multiple monitors, menus for items on the current screen appear on screen #1

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke on a system with multiple displays, by default, Nuke should launch on the primary monitor
2) In the Node Graph, right click>3D>Axis to create an Axis node
3) Move Nuke to the secondary display
4) In the Node Graph, right click, then menu is on the wrong display. The more levels deep into the menu system you go, the worse the menu looks.

For the menu to open on the screen you are currently using
