Problem summary
The re-export annotation menu is missing when build track from export structure is used on the Timeline in Nuke Studio.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke Studio, import footage, then drag it onto the Timeline to create a Sequence.
2) In the Viewer, enable Annotations, then create a new annotation with the + (plus) button or by using the Paint Brush tool in the Viewer.
3) On the Timeline, right-click the clip then select Build Track from Export structure.
4) Use the preset for Basic Shot with Annotations, then select Build.
5) Right-click the new track item comp, then attempt to re-export annotations.
Expected behavior
The re-export annotation menu should be available after using Build Track from Export structure.
Actual behavior
The re-export annotation menu is not available or missing after using Build Track from Export structure.
Workaround
Right-click a clip with annotations and select Create Comp or Build Track > From Export Tag, then the Export > re-export annotations menu will be available.
