Two Sample Interleave (TSI) is missing from BlackMagic 8K SDI Mapping monitor outputs

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke on a machine with a BlackMagic Decklink 8K Pro

2) Open the Viewer properties (press S with the cursor over the viewer), and switch to the MonitorOut tab

3) Set the Display Mode to any 8K output and check the SDI Mapping, no Two Sample Interleave (TSI) is shown.
 
Expected behaviour
To have a TSI SDI Mapping output, like with 4K outputs:


 
Actual behaviour
None of the options show TSI:

Nuke 13.2v2 - Windows 10 - BlackMagic Decklink 8K Pro
Nuke 13.2v1 - Windows 10 - BlackMagic Decklink 8K Pro
 
*Did not test other OS's due to hardware limitations
 
Earliest version tested
Nuke 13.2v1 - Choosing SDI Mapping was not possible before this version
