Nuke doesn't cache the viewer for images larger that 8096x8096, or 65545216 pixels, which can cause lower resolutions not to cache

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke
 
2) Paste the below ColorWheel:
 

ColorWheel { format "8192 6144 0 0 8192 6144 1 8K_CubeMap" gamma 0.45 rotate {{frame*12}}}
 
3) Playback the Viewer, it caches
 
4) In the format knob, create a new format of 8096x8096
 
5) Playback the Viewer, it does not cache the frames
 
After this, sometimes when playing back lower resolutions, like 6K_CubeMap, then they won't cache either. You might need to change format a few times before you see this.
 
Expected behaviour
For the Viewer to cache the frames
 
Actual behaviour
The frames don't cache:

Nuke 13.2v3 - Windows 10, CentOS 7, macOS Monterrey
Nuke 12.0v1 - Windows 10
