Hiero unable to export clip length audio

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Hiero and import an image sequence and wav audio file by clicking File > Import File(s)...
2) Add your image sequence and wav audio to the Sequence and cut 10 frames from the start and the required amount at the end of both the Video and Audio streams to have them match
3) Select the Video and Audio streams, click Export, change the Export option to Process as Shots and the preset Transcode Shots DPX, in the Export Structure add an Audio Export named {shot}.wav and change the Handles option to Clip Length then click Export
4) After export completes, import the Exported DPX sequence and audio file by clicking File > Import File(s) and add the exported image sequence and wav audio to Sequence1
Expected behaviour
For the audio to export at the clip length.
Actual behaviour
The audio exports at a cut length.
