Differences in bump map renders between versions.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene file.
2) Go to the Shader Tree and notice it has a bump map present with the Low Value set to 0% and the High Value set to 100%.
3) Render the scene and compare the output between versions.
Expected behavior
It should be consistent between versions.
Actual behavior
The bump map appears different in 15.2v3 and above.
Workaround
The Low Value and High Values of the bump map can potentially be adjusted to make it closer matches previous versions.
