Problem summary
Transformed Proxy Item loading a Static Mesh, leaves a duplicate copy at the origin.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a Mesh Item Cube
2) In the Item List, right click the cube and convert to proxy item.
3) check save as static mesh and save the cube to a new location.
4) the cube is now a proxy item pointing to the cube static mesh.
5) Set up a camera to look at the cube and do a F9 test render.
6) now move the proxy item to a new location, but in view of the render camera.
7) you will see that the proxy item has moved to the new location, but a copy of the object will also exist at the original location.
Expected behaviour
No duplicate should be created.
Actual behaviour
Duplicate is created at origin when importing the Render Proxy.
