Values higher than 1 appear clamped when displayed through the View Transform in ACES projects
This issue affects images that are imported into both the Image Manager and Paint nodes

Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached EXR
2) Open an ACES project and enable HDR mode
3) Import the image into the Image Manager. Set the Colorspace as 'ACES - ACEScg'
4) View the image, specifically the bright hair areas which contain values above 1
Expected behaviour
Values above 1 should be remapped for displaying through the View Transform (screenshot from Mari 4.7v7):
Actual behaviours
Values above 1 appear clamped, which is noticeable in the hair in this test image (screenshot from Mari 4.8v3):
This seems to match the result of clamping the source image to a 0-1 range in Nuke (screenshot from Nuke 13.2v1):
