ID 512713 - Added/removed AOVs during Live Render are not updated in Monitor tab's AOV list

Problem summary
The AOV list in the Monitor tab is not updated during a Live Render.

Steps to reproduce
1) Load the "Secondary Images (AOVs)" Renderman Katana example project. 
    Help -> Example Projects -> Other Technical Examples -> Secondary Images (AOVs) -> Open Project -> Open for Renderman.
 
2) Disable the "RenderOutputDefine_Diffuse" node by hovering over it with the mouse and using the 'D' shortcut key.

3) Start a Live Render on the "Render" node.
 
4) Re-enable the "RenderOutputDefine_Diffuse" node.
 
5) In the Monitor tab, open the AOV list.
 
Expected behaviour
The "Diffuse" AOV would be an available option to select.
 
Actual behaviour
The "Diffuse" AOV is not available until the Live Render has been restarted.
 
Workaround
Unknown.
