Panning on the Nuke Studio timeline can cause playback fps to fluctuate.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Hiero.
 
2) Open a large Nuke Studio project. The issue seems to be easier to reproduce in a sequence with lots of track items on multiple tracks.
An example .hrox project is also attached.
 
3) Press play in the Viewer. Nuke Studio should play back cached frames in realtime.
 
4) Click the middle-mouse button and drag to pan around the timeline:
 


 
Expected behaviour
Panning or navigating around the timeline should not affect playback fps in the Viewer.
 
Actual behaviour
Panning on the Nuke Studio timeline can cause playback fps to fluctuate.

Unknown.
