Steps to reproduce
 
1) Create a new project with the attached "Mesh_A.obj" file

2) Create a 32bit 4k Channel

3) In the Channel, create a Cloud Layer
 
4) Flatten the Cloud Layer to Paintable (Right-click > Convert to Paintable)
 
5) Import the attached "Mesh_B.obj" file as a new Object
 
6) Open Channel Transfer
 
7) Select Mesh_A as the Source Object
 
8) Select Mesh_B as the Destination Object
 
9) In the Source panel, select the Channel created in step 2 and click the right arrow to add it to the Destination panel
 
10) Click Ok (Advanced settings do not seem to affect this issue)
 
Expected behaviour
Mari should not crash.
 
Actual behaviour
Mari crashes.
 
Workaround
Unknown.

Mari 5.0v4 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7.9
Mari 3.0v1 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7.9
