ID 522932 - Colors Palette does not update correctly when switching between Color/Scalar picking modes

Steps to reproduce
 
1) In Preferences, disable Color > Color Picker > Auto Convert Working Color
 
2) Create a Constant node and view it

3) Set the Constant value as 0.5

4) Open the Colors palette, expand it so that sliders are visible
 
5) Switch to Scalar Picking mode and pick the color in the viewport - this should return 0.5 values
 
6) Switch to Color Picking mode
 
Expected behaviour
The values should be transformed into the Picking Colorspace. The UI should update to show the sliders in the correct position.
 
Actual behaviour
The values are transformed into the Picking Colorspace, but the sliders stay in the same position:
