Problem summary
Panels are marked as new from SBP if 3DWarp was added in Avid

Customer reported version
flix_6.4.1

Customer reported platform
windows10

Steps to reproduce

1) Create 3 panels in SBP and save the project.

2) Import the project into a new Flix sequence.

3) Publish the newly created sequence to Avid.

4) Import the AAF to Avid and add a 3DWarp to the 2nd Panel.

5) Export the AAF from Avid and import it into the Flix sequence created in step 2.

6) Export the sequence from Flix to SBP and conform it with the project created in step 1.

7) Don't make any changes to the project in SBP, just save the project and import it back into Flix.

Expected behaviour
None of the panels should version up between steps 5 and 7 since nothing has changed.

Actual behaviour
All panels are versioned up and marked as unpublished even though there have been no changes. Exporting a CSV with the panel metadata from SBP shows the panels have the exact same "ObjectId" between the two different SBP imports, but all panels are versioned up in Flix.
