Annotations on images with a non-square pixel aspect ratio are not correctly reformatted in the Sequence Viewer.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) In order to reproduce this bug, you will need an image with a non-square pixel aspect ratio. An example is attached.
 
2) Open Hiero.
 
3) Import your image (File > Import File(s)...).
 
4) Double-click the image in the Bin to open it in the Clip Viewer.
 
5) Enable the Annotate Tool in the Viewer and draw some annotations in the Viewer.
 
6) Drop the clip into the Timeline.
 
7) With the clip selected on the Timeline, open the Properties tab and change Clip Reformat to To Sequence Resolution.
 
8) Enable the Annotate Tool in the Sequence Viewer and compare the result to the Clip Viewer.
The following screenshot shows the correct result in the Clip Viewer (left) and the incorrect result in the Sequence Viewer (right).
 

 
Expected behaviour
The annotations should be correctly reformatted with the image in the Sequence Viewer.
 
Actual behaviour
Annotations on images with a non-square pixel aspect ratio are not correctly reformatted in the Sequence Viewer.
 
Workaround
Setting the Clip Properties Resize type knob to Distort makes the annotations appear correctly in the Sequence Viewer.
