Problem summary
Cancelling a GUI-background render in Windows 10, does not stop the rendering process.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke and create a ColorWheel node
2) Create a Write node and connect it to the ColorWheel node
3) Open the Write node properties bin and set the file to ouput a .mov
4) Click Render, in the Render options, change the Frame range to 1-100, turn on the Render in background option and click OK
5) Wait for the background render to begin and click Cancel
Expected behaviour
For the background render to be cancelled
Actual behaviour
The background render continues to render until it is completed
