Adding a Face Set to a Subdmesh causes the mesh to be de drawn faceted in the Hydra Viewer.

Steps to reproduce
 
  1. Open Katana and load the Hello Pony Example Project.
     
  2. Create a Face Set by switching the Selection Mode to Face in the viewer and dragging the selection box over several faces.
     
  3. Hold shift + middle mouse button and drag the selection into the Nodegraph to create a FaceSetCreate node.
     
  4. Connect the FaceSetCreate node to the output of the GafferThree node.
     
  5. Switch back the Selection Mode to Objects.
     
  6. Set the View flag to the FaceSetCreate node.
     
Expected behaviour
The mesh is drawn smooth.
 
Actual behaviour
The mesh is drawn faceted.
 
Workaround
Unknown.

This bug has been reproduced in:
Katana 4.0v1 - Windows 10, CentOS 7
Katana 4.0v8 - Windows 10, CentOs 7 - The faceted area is limited to the faces selected within the FaceSetCreate node this version backwards.
Katana 4.5v1 - Windows 10, CentOS 7 - The entire model is drawn faceted from this version onwards.
Katana 4.5v5 - Windows 10, CentOS 7
Katana 6.0v1 - Windows 10, CentOS 7
 
Earliest version tested
Katana 3.6v5 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
