Problem summary
Nuke does not correctly read mutli-part EXRs from Houdini's Karma renderer.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Read in the attached EXR file.
3) Attach it to the Viewer and notice that nothing is displayed in the rgba layer.
However, by selecting different layers from the channels dropdown in the Viewer, the AOV layers can be viewed.
Expected behaviour
Nuke should be able to read all multi-part EXRs and the beauty pass should be displayed in the rgba layer.
Actual behaviour
Nuke does not correctly read mutli-part EXRs from Houdini's Karma renderer.
