Steps to reproduce
1) Download attached file and open it in Modo.
2) Try to alter the mesh in the 3D Viewport.
3) Observe what happens.
 
Expected behavior
Modo should remain stable while working with the opened file.
 
Actual behavior
Modo becomes unstable after opening the file.

Unknown.
