Deleting Shader nodes from the Node Graph does not remove them from the Shaders palette

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a Shader (with Network) node
2) Open the Shader palette
3) In the Node Graph, delete the Shader node
Expected behaviour
The Shader should also be removed from the Shaders palette.
Actual behaviour
The Shader remains present in the Shaders palette.
