Alexa 35 ARRIRAW footage is missing metadata for input/timecode.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download ARRIRAW Alexa 35 camera footage. Example clips: https://webgate.io/directlink/85f567510b896511/folder/680412
2) Download and install the File I/O plug-in for Nuke 13.2 here:  https://www.foundry.com/products/nuke/download/sdk
3) Launch Nuke and add a Read node, importing the Alexa 35 clip.
3) Open the Properties bin of the Read node and view the Metadata tab.
5) Select the search metadata knob and enter "time", then observe output.


 
Expected behavior
The Alexa 35 footage should include the input/timecode metadata.
 
Actual behavior
The metadata for input/timecode is missing in the Alexa 35 footage files, causing issues with conforming.
 
Workaround
There is no available workaround at this time.

Nuke 13.2v5 - Windows 10, CentOS 7
Nuke 13.2v3 - Windows 10, CentOS 7
 
Earliest version tested
Nuke 13.2v3, File IOv4 - File IOv4 does not support earlier versions of Nuke, and the Nuke does not open the Alexa 35 file without File IOv4
