Problem summary Panels from SBP will version up even if there are no changes if there are camera set on them
Customer reported version flix_6.4.1
Customer reported platform windows10
Steps to reproduce
1) Create a new project in SBP 7 using an HDTV_1080p24 camera
2) Make sure Camera by Panel compatibility mode and Allow advanced Camera Operations are on in SBP 7 (Storyboard Pro->Preferences->Camera)
3) You should have a single panel in the project, add an additional one by clicking the new scene button
4) Add some text to both panels
5) Save the revision as an .sboard project
6) Import the .sboard created in step 5 in Flix
7) Open the resulting sequence revision in Flix and click on the "Open in Sketching app" button (make sure you have SBP set as the sketching app). It will create an XML file.
8) Conform the project created in step one with the XML file created in step 7 (in SBP go to File->Conformation->Import Animatic Project)
9) Save the SBP project using a new name without doing any other changes.
10) Import the SBP project in the same sequence as you did the previous SBP import in step 6
Expected behaviour Panels should not version up since there have been no changes to the panels
Actual behaviour Panels are versioned up every time, even when there's no change
Workaround Don't use the Camera by Panel compatibility mode as that creates a camera on each panel, which creates keyframes for each panel, which causes panels to be versioned up
