Renaming Shader nodes doesn't update their names in the Shaders palette

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a Shader node using any Shader Model
2) Rename the Shader node
3) Check the Shader's name in the Shaders palette
Expected behaviour
The Shader's name in the Shaders palette should update.
Actual behaviour
The Shader's name in the Shaders palette does not update.
