Nuke unable to Breakout Layers in PSD files when a layer contains a Non-ASCII character

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Open Nuke and read the attached file

2) In the Read node properties bin, click the Breakout Layers button
 
Expected behaviour
For all of the layers to breakout
 
Actual behaviour
Nuke stops breaking out layers when it reaches the layer with the Non-ASCII character
 
Workaround
Rename the layer so it does not contain a Non-ASCII character

Nuke 14.0v3 - Windows 10 - macOS 12.6 - CentOS 7
Nuke 13.0v1 - Windows 10 - macOS 12.6 - CentOS 7 - Regression
 
Unable to reproduce bug in:
Nuke 12.2v10 - Windows 10 - macOS 12.6 - CentOS 7
 
Earliest version tested
Nuke 12.2v10 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed
