Flix does not open panels in Photoshop from a secondary window

Steps to reproduce
 
1)Start Flix and set Photoshop as the sketching app.

2)Open a new Flix window (File/Flix->New Window).

3)Create a new panel and double-click it.
 
Expected behaviour
Photoshop should start and the new panel should open.
 
Actual behaviour
Photoshop starts but the new panel is not loaded
 
Workaround
Use only the window Flix starts with
