Problem summary
Camera move across multiple panels in SBP causes Flix to version up panels even when there are no changes, if there was a reconform from Flix to SBP inbetween.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a sequence in SBP 7 with 10 panels.
2) Create a camera move spanning across panels 2-5.
3) Import SBP project to Flix.
4) Without any changes in Flix conform the sequence back into SBP.
5) Save the project in SBP (without any changes) and import it again in Flix.
Expected behaviour
No panels should be versioned up as there were no changes.
Actual behaviour
Panels that had the camera move across them will each have their own camera move. This causes the panels in the last import to version up in 6.4.1 and 6.5-beta. Panels after the last panel which had a camera move, version up in Flix 6.4.1, but not in Flix 6.5-beta.
