Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke. 

2) Open the Node Graph tab.

3) Create a GridWarp node.

Expected behaviour
You should be able to create GridWarp nodes in Nuke Indie.

Actual behaviour
The following error occurs when trying to create a GridWarp node in Nuke Indie, which prevents the node from being added to the Node Graph.
