ID 535476 - Adding 3d warp with one keyframe in Avid will generate an animated panel in SBP/Avid

Problem summary
3d warp effect with one keyframe added in Avid will generate expected panel in Flix, but exporting this panel to Avid / SBP we will se an animation.

Steps to reproduce

1. Import a panel in Flix
2. Publish to Avid
3. In avid, add a 3d warp effect (also add only one keyframe on any effect, e.g: Position)
4. Publish back to flix
5. Without changing anything publish back to Avid
   or export to SBP

Expected behaviour
The panel is a still panel in SBP/Avid

Actual behaviour
The panel has animation from the start to the position of the Keyframe

Workaround
Use at least 2 keyframes when using 3d warp or other effects in Avid
