Problem summary
UV Select Border doesn't update when a UV map is selected.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo, navigate to the Modo Layout, and create a cube mesh.
2) Select the cube mesh in the Items Viewport, then select the Vertex Maps tab.
3) Expand the UV Maps tree in the Vertex maps, then deselect the highlighted texture with Ctrl + left click.
4) Select the UV toolbar, then scroll to the Select section and press the Boarder button.
5) Close the pop-up window, reselect the Texture in the Vertex Maps tab.
6) Press the Boarder button again and observe the results.
