Material Ingest Tool Naming Patterns cannot be edited in Mari 4.8

Steps to reproduce
1) Open any project
2) Open the Material Ingest Tool
3) Try to add additional Naming Patterns to any of the stream items - e.g. change the Naming Pattern "Base" to "Base,TEST"
Expected behaviour
Naming Pattern fields should be editable.
Actual behaviour
Naming Patterns fields reset to their default after any edits.
Workaround
It is possible to workaround this issue by modifying some of Mari's internal files. Please note that if something goes wrong during this process, you may need to reinstall Mari.
To achieve this, please follow the steps below:
- Close Mari
- Download the attached material_ingest_dialog.py file
- Navigate to the Mari installation folder, e.g. C:\Program Files\Mari4.8v4
- Navigate to either Mari4.8v4\Bundle\Media\Scripts\Mari\system\ (On Windows) or /Mari4.8v4/Media/Scripts/Mari/system/ (On Linux)
- Replace the file material_ingest_dialog.py with the downloaded version (you may want to keep a copy of the original in case you need to revert back)
- Restart Mari
