Problem summary
Using a Read node on a Deep EXR errors if the rgba channel names are not named r,g,b,a.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Nuke then create a Read node and load the Deep EXR render.
Expected behaviour
The Read node recognises the red, green, blue and alpha channels in the Deep EXR and displays the image.
Actual behaviour
The Read node errors out with the following error message displayed: "Deep data provided to CompositeDeepScanline is missing an alpha channel"

Unknown.
