Modo does not correctly export meshes to OBJ when meshes are not at the World Center.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and navigate to the Model Toolbar.
2) Under the Create tab, create a Cylinder Item by holding Shift before left clicking on the Cylinder Primitive button.
3) Select the created cylinder mesh in the Scenes Viewport, then under the Properties tab, adjust the cylinder Position to be far from the World Center.
4) Export the mesh to OBJ, then create a New file.
5) Import the created OBJ into Modo and observe the mesh.
 
Expected behavior
When exporting to OBJ away from the World Center, the mesh should remain the same as the original file.

 
Actual behavior
OBJs exported from Modo have altered meshes when exported away from the World Center.

Unknown.
