Problem summary
The Orient UV Islands option does not become enabled for the Align "Rectangle ..." button.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached file in Modo.
2) Navigate to the UV Layout and select the mesh in the 3D Viewport.
3) Enable Polygon Selection and select half of the UV islands.
4) Under the UV tool's Align tab, Ctlr + left click the "Rectangle ..." button.
5) In the options enable Orient UV Islands and press OK.
6) Select the other half of the UV islands and left click the "Rectangle ..." button.
Expected behavior
When Orient UV Islands is enabled in the Align "Rectangle ..." options, it should apply to the button.
Actual behavior
The Orient UV Islands is not enabled on the Align "Rectangle ..." button.
Workaround
To use Orient UV Islands, select all UV islands you want to orient and Ctrl + left click the Align "Rectangle ..." button each time.
