Textures are low quality when saved from Cached Textures.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open file.
2) Navigate to the Shading Viewport and Select the Material Group.
3) Right click the Material Group and select the 'Cache Selected Masks' on the dropdown menu.
4) Select the created Normal map and alter the Final Image Size under its Properties to 4096.
5) Once it finishes rendering in the background, press the 'Texture Cache Command', press the 'Save Cached Textures' option, and save it to your folder of choice.
6) Navigate to the location you saved the texture and observe the results.
 
Expected behavior
Cached Textures should save as high-quality Texture maps based on saved image size.
 
Actual behavior
The saved Cached Texture was lower quality than expected and had visual artifacting on the various maps.
