Problem summary
The UsdIn node incorrectly imports Light Linking information. The node is importing as if the information has already been resolved, but also placing it in the wrong location.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Katana with the Environment Variable KATANA_USD_GLOBALS_TRAVERSE_MODEL_HIERARCHY set to 0.
2) Then create a UsdIn node, and set the Edit flag to the node.
3) Switch to the Parameters tab and click the arrow next to the fileName parameter and select a Usd file that contains light linking information.
4) Switch to the Scene graph tab and select the /root/world location.
5) Switch to the Attributes tab and then navigate to and expand the lightList group attribute.
Expected behaviour
The light linking information is imported as an un-resolved list.
Actual behaviour
The light linking information is imported as resolved and in the /root/world location.
