Problem summary
Add a way to handle corrupt MOV files
Customer reported version
flix_6.4.1
Customer reported platform
10.14
Steps to reproduce
1) Import an SBP sequence which would create a corrupt mov file into Flix
2)Try to publish the revision created in step 1 to Avid
3)
Expected behaviour
Flix should be able to see the mov file is corrupt and use other media (original artwork or thumbnail) to create the image for PDF and AFF creation. At least there should be a better error message saying which panel is the problem
Actual behaviour
PDF and AAF creation fails and gets stuck with an error message in the background such as 'TransferManager: TransferItem with assedtid #### does not exist'. No error in the logs to say which panel is causing problems
Workaround
Fix the panel which is creating a corrupt MOV in SBP or remove any camera moves on that panel and import the sequence to Flix again
Reproduced by support
Flix 6.4.1 on Windows using SBP 7 and 20
It works on 6.4.1 with OSX client when using OSX server, it doesn't work when the server is Linux
