Problem summary
FBX files exported from Unreal import with incorrect skinning due to a missing Normalizing Folder.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene file in Modo.
2) View the model inside of the 3D Viewport, and notice that the skinning isn't imported as you would expect.
2) Right-click the Groups tab and select Data Lists > Deformers List
3) Notice that there's no Normalizing Folder present in this location.
Expected behaviour
The FBX file should import with the correct skinning.
Actual behaviour
The FBX file is imported into Modo without a Normalizing Folder present which results in incorrect skinning.
Workaround
1) Go to Data Lists > Deformers List and select all of the Transform items that are present in this location.
2) Once these are all selected right-click them and select Normalize.
