Modo's Package Design and Development Kit is not compatible with Python 3.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and Install the Modo Package Design and Development Kit, then open Modo.
2) Create a Cylinder mesh using the Cylinder Primitive tool.
3) Select the top of the mesh in Polygon Selection and delete the face.
4) Navigate to System > Form Editor, then locate PACK_Utilities and right click it and select "Assign to key...".
5) Assign the PACK_Utilities to a hotkey, then close the Form Editor and open the PACK_Utilities with the assigned hotkey.
6) Select the Cylinder mesh, then for either Thicken Surface options, set the Thickness to something such as "5 mm" and press the Thickness button.


 
Expected behavior
Modo's Package Design and Development Kit should be able to alter meshes with the plug-in's Utility tools on Python 3 versions.
 
Actual behavior
Modo's Package Design and Development Kit errors when using the plug-in's Utility tools on Python 3 versions.
 
Workaround
Navigate to System > Python Version, select Python 2, then restart Modo.
