Problem summary
Modo crashes when using a Mesh Item's 'Dup & Convert to Mesh' option.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download attached file and open it in Modo.
2) Expand the 'Affected Mesh' folder and select the Fusion Item nested in the folder.
3) Under the selected Fusion Item's Properties press the "Dup & Convert to Mesh" button and observe the results.
Expected behavior
Pressing the "Dup & Convert to Mesh" should duplicate the Fusion Item and convert it to a Mesh.
Actual behavior
After pressing the "Dup & Convert to Mesh" button, Modo becomes unstable.
Workaround
1) Press 'N' to create an empty item and select it, then in the Modo Layout open the Operator tab near the Item Viewport and select the Add Operator button.
2) Select a Merge Mesh Operator to add your Fusion Item as a Source to the Operator.
3) Right click on the Mesh containing the Operator, then select Freeze Mesh Operations and Duplicate and Freeze.
