Visuals are unstable for the Particle Modifier.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached file in Modo.
2) Select the Curve in the Items Viewport, then enable Vertex Selection.
3) Select the Vertex at the end of the Curve and enable the Transform tool.
4) Move the Transform tool downwards on the Y-axis and observe the results.

 
Expected behavior
The Particle Modifier should remain visually stable and consistent across the Curve.

 
Actual behavior
The Particle Modifier becomes unstable and has inconsistent visuals across the Curve.

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Modo 16.0v4 - Windows 11, macOS 10.15 Catalina
 
Earliest version tested
Modo 16.0v4 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
