Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached file.

2) Double click the attached file once it's downloaded to open Modo.

3) Observe how a new scene is created instead of opening the file.
 
Expected behavior
When Modo is launched from a file, it should open the selected file instead of creating a new scene.
 
Actual behavior
When Modo is launched from a file, a new scene is created instead of opening the selected file.
