ID 549793 - Mari crashes when doing a Channel Texture Transfer on a specific Project

Problem summary
Mari crashes when doing a Channel Texture Transfer on the attached Project. This is a Project from Mari 2.0v1, and the original 3D model was imported into Mari as a proprietary file format that Mari doesn't support by default.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the attached Archive
     
  2. Select Channels > Transfer
     
  3. Set up a Transfer of all Channels, from sphere_wall_SOURCE to sphere_wall_NEW_UV
     
  4. In the Advanced tab, set Range to Object size percentage: 1.1000
     
  5. Select Ok to initiate the Texture Transfer.
 
Expected behaviour
Texture Transfer should happen with no issues.
 
Actual behaviour
Mari crashes during Texture Transfer.
 
Workaround
Unknown. The user was able to Texture Transfer without crashes by using Object Version to replace the original asset with a .obj version of it, but Support was unable to reproduce this workaround.

Mari 6.0v2 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7
Mari 4.7v4 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7
Mari 3.1v2 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7
 
Earliest version tested
Mari 3.1v2 - This issue appears to be in all tested versions of the product. The user did not send an earlier version of the Project.
