Nuke freezes or crashes while reading ARRI RAW MXF files which use camera firmware 1.01.00
While this camera firmware does not seem to be supported in Nuke 14.0 releases, attempting to read these files should not result in a freeze or crash.
The crash only occurs on Windows, and reading these files on macOS or Linux results in an error.

Steps to reproduce
 
1) Download the attached MXF file.
 
2) Open Nuke and read in the MXF file.
 
Expected behaviour
As the file use an unsupported camera firmware, reading the file should result in an error.
 
Actual behaviour
Nuke crashes while reading ARRI RAW MXF files which use camera firmware 1.01.00

- This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
While the file cannot be read into this version, attempting to read it does not result in a freeze or crash.
